Ratings and reviews

I like the app, a couple of suggestions : 1. don't ask where i want to pay to, just auto default the correct majlis perbandaran because i don't know which is the correct one anyway, 2. Give a clear alarm when parking is finished so that people can top up if necessary. This will complement the 10 minute warning which may have been missed due to its notification setting being soft. Thanks!

I am unable to reload my account because the app keeps showing an “Internet connection problem” message, even though my internet connection is working fine with other apps. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I also turned Airplane Mode on and off as instructed in the app, but the issue still persists. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible, as I am unable to reload my account or use the app properly.

Just tried to paid for my parking but keep saying I don't have good connection when at the same time I can play YouTube on the background without buffering. Already tried to clear cache, data, and even uninstall-reinstall but keep saying the same prompt. This app has been lagging for a while and this is the most troublesome yet. If I'm getting sued, I'm blaming this app.
