I like the app, a couple of suggestions : 1. don't ask where i want to pay to, just auto default the correct majlis perbandaran because i don't know which is the correct one anyway, 2. Give a clear alarm when parking is finished so that people can top up if necessary. This will complement the 10 minute warning which may have been missed due to its notification setting being soft. Thanks!

Horrible customer service! All my credits were gone after they updated. Tried calling the so called hotline number they listed on their website. It's an invalid number. Left a message in the contact us page. No answer. My Account friend has advised me to write in to Bank Negara. I'm doing this right now, and, I urge you do the same too. This is a scam!

It is convenient, but please update your server. It is lagging so bad during the payment/TAC verification process, which making the app sometimes failed to recognized the payment made after TAC approval from banking app, ultimately leaving the credit topup process failed and it still deducted my money (and I didn't even receive the electronic receipt due to the app failure). Not once but TWICE. If it is all about luck while making payments, then the app is as useless as the ticketing machine.
