update : 12.03.2025, still the same after 2 years, no improvement. year 2023 : Previously we can add tracking number even it's not scan by post office staff, now we can't. Example , if we send 30 parcels, we will scan into system before hand over to counter, after the staff scan into system , it will start tracking . Now we can't do it anymore.

Stupid app keep on jumping and scrolling up whenever I complete a form. I have to scroll all the way down again to fill in the next blank. The app just randomly closes the form I was filling. I have to fill everything, address, names, phone numbers all over again! worst app ever! Cannot print or download the consignment note. Press on "print" or "download" button, nothing happens. In the end have to use PC website to log in and print manually. This app wasted my 1 hour trying to figure it out!!

App too slow & buggy. After typing receiver address, it didn't showed up at the consignment list. Had to refresh multiple times until it showed up. When I went to my local Poslaju branch to print out the consignment notes, it took me a VERY LONG TIME to scan & print. In the end I gave up and just ask the counter staff to print them out for me. Also, when I tried to remove certain addresses from my Favourite list, it always said “failed to update address”.
