Poor user experience. Tried to log in, doesn't recognize my password. Then, the procedure to reset the password cannot even be completed. No OTP arrived or arrived hours later. Today tried again and finally can enter (why the hell did it not recognise my credentials in the first place?!) The IC verification process crashed the app, cannot initiate camera (permissions allowed for camera already). I tried the web version, same problem, crashed my browser and my camera stopped working. VERY BAD!

Hello? Why no Pos e-consigment sender copy anymore? lousy apps, I got 11 parcel scan to print out sticker,but it not work because of 11 task too many can't load. what a great apps and server pos malaysia have? I using samsung note23 ultra la,don tell me my phone problem.

Need to verify the account before shipping, if not will not allow to ship item. Then the apps can't initialize camera, permission is given, but still failed. No addition instruction given, slow process, and need to wait for quite long time. I m no more patient and can't embrace the unreason failing verification plus slow respond of the apps
