About this app

BSMS Mobile is the mobile extension of the
Building Security Management System (BSMS).
This application has been developed by Sarawak
Information Systems Sdn. Bhd., Sarawak,
Malaysia, to provide users of BSMS with mobile
app services.
This app provides users with the ability to monitor
the daily attendance of staff, view clock-in and
clock-out times, view late-in or early-out times,
provide justifications for un-tracked absences, etc.
This is a single system for both individual staff and
supervisors. Individual staff members can manage
their individual staff attendance records, while
supervisors can approve justifications and track
staff attendance.
Key Features:
• My Attendance: Allows users to view their
individual daily attendance records and to add
justification remarks for un-tracked absences.
• Report: Allows supervisors to view and track their
subordinates’ attendance records.
• Remark Approval: Allows supervisors to approve
or reject their subordinates submitted
non-attendance justifications, if any.
• Profile: Allows users to view their own information
and information on the latest version of the
system.
