It has come to my attention that the WiFi name consistently changes to "anonymous" without my consent. Despite reaching out to the live chat support multiple times, I have not received any assistance in resolving this issue. This has caused significant inconvenience for me and my family, and I am concerned about the lack of support provided. If this issue persists, I may be forced to cancel my subscription and seek alternative internet service providers for my new home.

The app sucks. Always hangs and most of the functions never work. Like I can not raise a ticket from the app at all. It just hangs. And The problem is, I've been facing this issue for 2 years now and they haven't fixed it.

Can't even login using the app because it doesn't support any symbols in the password (but the same password works if logging in using the web version.) TIME, if you want to push people to use your app at least make sure it works well. This is basic security that should've been addressed but until now it's still not fixed. Edit: app accepts special characters now. Able to log in, app looks simple and loading speed is pretty good. Need more rewards option and higher number of rewards per month!
