We've been asking for our invoice... we called twice and were informed to send e-mail to support which we did TWICE but our e-mails remained unanswered!!! It's frustrating experience!!! We had also problem on getting the results that forced us to call several numbers because either the voice mail is full already or just kept ringing. However, I must mention that the doctor was available one hour after we requested for the swab test.

very bad. every time when update the app need to link identification. please develop an app with some smart features. thanks.

The latest version of this app has become much less useful and has many more adverts that take centre stage. Eg medical reports and results used to accessible through the app before, but no more. I contacted their helpline just to understand where this data is located (not for the records themselves) in the app but they refused to guide me without me stating my personal security information. Despite many chat conversations, I couldn't get any guidance and I deleted the app.
