Having ICT problems? Cannot access the IIUM-Student or IIUM-Staff WiFi network? Download the i-SDS app for IIUM students and staff to your mobile phone and submit a request or complaint. You do not need to call, email or visit the ICT Services Help Desk. Just submit your request or complaint using the app, you will get a ticket number and you can monitor the progress of your request or complaint through the i-SDS app. Once your request or complaint has been resolved, you will get a notification through e-mail. It’s that easy! So download the i-SDS app now!
