No wonder this platform is a failure. Can't log in using OTP and claims you have to verify with your PIN & Password, can't verify and try to use forget password, can't do it as well. Say have to register new, but i only have 1 phone number, then cant register new What is this stupid platform?

I used to be a loyal customer before the rebrand(fomerly 11street), but I was shocked to find out that the credit expiry is deemed within one year, whilst when I checked last year the sellling platform did mentioned about non-expiry credits! Plus all the emails i received r in the spam folder, the app itself keeps logging me out, everytime when I lauched the app it requires me logging in again! Update: I got my credits back, good job listening to customers, Thx, will continue to support

I regret downloading and purchasing through this app. There are limited options/sellers, less promotions and usually you have to bear the shipping charges even if you are buying high priced item. The worst experience is when I bought something via boost. When I refunded my item, they converted the refund amount to prestomall credits which can be use only through the app. I cant wait to uninstall it when I fully used my credits. :( Worst online shopping experience ever!
