I have paid but the numbers add up I can't trace the passed.. I will never pay again until you sent me the actual letter.. Your lousy apps, and too many apps very waisting money.. Everytime have to pay tax always headache due to half digital but not hard copy but not hard copy but not fully digital.. Ssah la mcm ni, hantar je la surat taksiran tu!! Lgi mudah nak follow up dari semua apps bodo yg dbkl cuba cipta separuh jalan..

Paid assessment tax via Pay@KL, bank amount deducted, and yet the app still shows I'd not paid. That's ridiculous. Worst part is trying to resolve this by calling DBKL office and they're simply irresponsive. Emailed them the payment records and finger crossed they rectify it soon, as I won't be paying any late charges as resultant from this stupid app.

I have made a payment through PayKL, however, the system has not updated the payment status and is currently displaying it as unpaid. I have attempted to contact customer service, but unfortunately, my calls have gone unanswered. I am quite disappointed with the performance of their application.
