There are problems with the login and registration process and I was stuck not being able to login at all until recent app updates. There is a problem with the payment process and I couldn't make any payment. Both Payment Methods are down, Epic and Nexgen. The app experience is very bad.

*Update review: Takes 45 secs to login but Home page never loads! Sheeesh! -------- Please get a better IT team to maintain the app. So buggy and full of issues! Now can't login. Says there's an update but when open the app to update, there's a splash screen that says no WiFi connection and stuck there! Ridiculous!!!

First time go to KL. Park at parking lot. See need to pay using app. Install app. Sign in. Error. Try Again. Error. Again. Error. (Repeat 30 more times). Error. Go out of car for few minutes. Immediately got compounded. Want to pay using app. Sign in. Error. Try Again. Error. Again. Error. (Repeat 20 more times). Error. Give Up.
