Early this year, it was easier when I used this app to pay tax assessment Jan-Jun 2024. But yesterday (19/08/2024) I paid for assessment Jul-Dec 2024, the app easily went to loading. After payment done, money has deducted from my bank account, but Pay@KL still showing no deduction has made. Although this app has a disclaimer saying transaction may take up to 48 hours to be updated in the system, but today I still went to DBKL branch double check and luckily the system shows payment made.

I've been trying to make payment for the past 2 weeks but failed. Both via fpx option (public bank) and credit card. I don't have this problem with the old mobis apps. Is this an upgraded version or downgraded version? The interface is nice and current, but I don't see the point of having a nice apps if it is not functioning.

I can't login to the app after resetting password numerous times. Also why in god's grace would you ever put the default firebase error message in a toast notification? Especially in a government app like this. The phone OTP code doesn't work, the login button doesn't work. The scan qr function doesn't work. My account is infinitely locked out after logging out twice.
