There's a few bug when using this app. One example is when my turn is almost up, it keeps closing the app. Also sometimes when it's my turn, I can't turn off the notification of the alert. Do take notice of the bug. Updated: It's getting worse, once I've taken a number it automatically close itself. (Pls notice this, it's getting worse.)

When the app notified me that the number was nearing, the app kept crashing and I couldn't see which counter I was supposed to go. Worsened by the fact that the PJ branch has 2 areas for different purposes so I was waiting at area A instead of B. I have 25 notifications from the the app in less than 2 minutes

Good concept, poor execution. Getting a queue number is easy, but the app keeps crashing when notifications appear (i.e. when your number is close to being called and when it is being called). Makes it useless as I couldn't show the officer what my queue number was. Suggest take a screenshot of the queue number once issued.
