There's a few bug when using this app. One example is when my turn is almost up, it keeps closing the app. Also sometimes when it's my turn, I can't turn off the notification of the alert. Do take notice of the bug. Updated: It's getting worse, once I've taken a number it automatically close itself. (Pls notice this, it's getting worse.)

Buggy apps. 1. The application keeps on force quit when I try to open it after taking counter queue number in the application. 2. Then another day, I want to take counter queue number by scanning the QR at the JPJ but no respond and no give counter queue number to me. After that, I try uninstall the apps and try again to take counter queue number in the application by scanning the QR given by JPJ premise and again nothing happen.

This is a horrible app. It is pointless. There are web-hosted ways to get queue numbers that need only a website, I have used them before in hospital queues. Furthermore, this app is intrusive and horribly programmed. When my turn came I received 87 notifications for my turn. I didn't have to count the notifications, the app told me that I had 87 notifications. Thi app is pointless and a waste of time and taxpayer money.Do better MADANI
