Ratings and reviews

Recently bought two combo packs and was able to use the app for 24 hours before not being able to sign in anymore. Contact customer service which resulted in them saying they are having issues with the app on Android and will contact me when they have it figured out. That was 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I currently have an unusable product. Edit: customer service did come through and fix their issue and we are able to use the product we purchased.

8/23/23: Product is fully functioning now, and we enjoyed a couple stories already! Editting my rating to reflect that the company took care of any issues on their end. 8/19/23: Product is cool. Can't use the app. I've tried making several accounts, even after verifying the emails it won't let me hit the verify button. That really blows.

Customer service is amazing!! We purchased multiple stories and our son lost one activation codes in all of the excitement and we just could not find it. I contacted customer service and they were able to help us out. They were so prompt within minutes they helped us. Response time was so quick. Trouble with the app setting up new account. Realized I wasn't reading the things that were popping up. So I started over, slowed down, read every instruction. Now app is working!
