ibilikPlus is pretty good to use. I started using the app back when it was known as SpacePlus and it has helped my business scale up without needing to increase the number of staff I needed. It also helps me to save a lot of time with the auto rental collection feature as well as makes it super easy for agents to bring prospects to view my units as I can set a temporary passcode for them remotely. Definitely would recommend to other property owners out there!

I really had an ease of mind as I can pay my rent and utility bills to the owner through the app. I can also easily check what outstanding payments I have and what I have paid for as the system generates invoices and receipts for me accordingly. Moreover, the owner I am renting from has also use their Smart Lock feature so I can easily access my unit with the simple use of my fingerprint! I feel so safe as this type of access cannot be duplicated and I do not need to worry about losing my keys!

Beware of the company behind this app. They will ask for deposits and then it will take them months before they refund it. Their contracts says 14 days to refund. Their properties are also dirty and not properly maintained. I think this company is going bankrupt. No integrity and not fair.
