After repeated complaints, the 5G connection is still bad after evening.... according to their expert technical consultant, it's due to high rise building around me....so much for their BS...I actually had a Maxis fibre connection which I couldn't renew because their ports were full. Maxis is a 100 and Yes 5G is just a zero... problem all the time....the problem persist even after a year of paying more than a hundred ringgit a month for this BS.... best to get fibre and have no problems

I need a help. My data was expired on 16 March and I have reload it on 18 March. It's been 12 hours and it's still showing expired. Because of this I couldn't make any calls also. Yes is a best app I have been using it since 5 years❤. I hope I will get help regarding it. Thank you!

previous bad rating deleted but now another one. beware this company.suddenly the SIM card deactivated if not used for even 2 weeks even though plan still active. customer service simply clueless and ask you waste your time to go through hoops of troubleshooting which are irrelevant. is it side income by disabling SIM and telling customer to replace SIM??
