After 1 year of usage... The signal could drops quite easily in the middle of nothing. During trial period in the beginning, download speed was easily 400-550Mbps. But now it's averaging 250Mbps. Upload never achieve 100Mbps. So far, user experience is a mere 3-Star...or rather 2 1/2 - Star... I will consider to terminate my contract which ends around this year 2026....

Looi : Gave notice to terminate on 24th Sept. Beside Sept, still charged me Oct which was NOT utilized. Subsequently temporary suspended me saying can resume after payment. What kind of organisation ? Asked an old man to go to Lot 10 store. Pitiful, what kind of setup ? No nearby or conveniently store ? Claim to be in the forefront of IT, yet NO nearby store or online signing of form to terminate. Will only pay if fair deal. Sigh...

your AI needs work. Its just sad. also, a how to on the subject of MyDigital ID seems important. I am trying to figure out if it is already done or not. I already have MyDigital ID, or at least I think so. Fingerprinting left.
