this apps is really helpful but i really disspointed with the line, i m regular customer since a few years ago, recently yes line always suddent be no service especially when i go to mall or other building.. even when i at home at 3rd floor also always disconnected or so slow.. hope yes line can improve like before

Not user friendly. Can not cancel transaction at user side like Shopee app. No fair trade with possible forfeiture. Very troublesome to cancel transaction and ask for refund at the other side unlike Shopee app. Waiting time too long for ticket closing. No double confirm pop up button. One button confirm for all including changes you made and add-on to buy. Has been updated app for few times such as from blue apperance one till the red color one and become worse. Beware of unfair trade!!

Ping is slightly higher than digi celcom and fluctuating but that is not a big problem. To me the biggest problem is WhatsApp call keep disconnected although ping and speed is good. Change the simcard to others then everything solved.
