[Edited:] The problem is solved, I reinstalled the application. Thank you. (I would like to suggest that YES add more network towers. For me, YES is worth using.) [***] I did not receive a TAC number. I am unable to log in with the MyYes app. Hopefully the developer can check again.

After repeated complaints, the 5G connection is still bad after evening.... according to their expert technical consultant, it's due to high rise building around me....so much for their BS...I actually had a Maxis fibre connection which I couldn't renew because their ports were full. Maxis is a 100 and Yes 5G is just a zero... problem all the time....the problem persist even after a year of paying more than a hundred ringgit a month for this BS.... best to get fibre and have no problems

very slow internet connections,please improve your tower or something!living in these now days people needs internet connections!dont promote your self if the connection was very not good enough!i'm not planning to port out from YES as my friends does,but if i need to,i will!even changed phone still,the problem as the same!YES CARE just given me same solutions,answers for month and the matters solve in short time and it keep happen again,any way thanks for the great time before.
