idk who the the system but you really need to redesign it as it is not friendly user because why??? it needs internet to be open.But it internet always lost and then how do I seek & make a report when I having such those problem? so not convenient... and when you want to purchase new plan every month how do you want to do that when it's already expired and again can't open the app because it need internet to do so??? think wisely support app supposed to be offline so user can easily seek help

The apps is friendly user. I can manage it from my phone as my son use the number. Much easier and smooth transaction using the apps. The telco also affordable so far among others. Recommended apps

WORST data provider in Malaysia. No data and no connection including call in many areas. U want to use data? No connection. U want to make a call? No line. Been using so many data providers and this is the worst.
