Ratings and reviews

The apps pretty good, I've been a yes user for a couple years, but the internet are getting slow. Sometimes I'm playing a game the mobile data bar drops from 4G to 3G, all the way to "No Signal". But for no reason, I don't know they added this or not, but my phone are not supported. Meaning I can't use the mobile data. A couple years ago, my phone was supported meaning I can use it. But now I can't. Why? Just please add all non-supported phones back. Now I have no mobile data. Still good tho.

The price is excellent value in comparison with YES's competitors. Minus a star, does not accept VISA payment (Wise / Hong Leong), but plans may be purchased easily through a friend's shppee. Support remains excellent, albeit late, but the information is exactly what is needed and very helpful courteous, all in all plus a star!!!

Good app, cheap price, bad line. 4g is useless, slow like 3g. Internet is only usable when there is 5g coverage. and the 5g is like wind, they come and then they are gone. so if your area is not covered by 5g, then don't even bother.
