Ratings and reviews

Impossible to sign up. No matter what I try change it won't let me sign up and tells me to contact customer service. Tried signing up on my laptop later and won't let me sign up because there is already and account matching that information which I'm assuming if because I tried signing up earlier. You can't get into the app either if you haven't signed in.

App does not connect properly with online purchasing. Passwords and emails refuse to recognise each other and you cannot redeem any rewards, so forced to pay full price. What's the point? Even the change password function doesn't work as you never get the email allowing you to change (tried 5 times)

awful disconnect with the actual Myer app and website. Convoluted and overly complicated system to access rewards. Should be more easily accessible through ones actual Myer account.
