what is wrong with this app?? Its no longer working. You cant add any items to your cart, you cant check-out, you cant pay. It was working 2-3 weeks ago and now it gives you an error 'something went wrong, try again later'. I've been trying for 6 days and still nothing.... this is very poor for a large corporation. You're loosing business because your shoppers are going elsewhere!!!

Since the update, the app has been so very bad. It rarely works properly it must be hurting Myer sales. Disappointing that they've messed with the app that's worked so well for so long. From the missing virtual"chat box on the bottom right of the screen" to a notification for a phantom favourite item, this app fails more often than it works the past 5 or so months. Just shocking! Please sort it out asap before I lose hope in Myer forever!

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Very slow to load. Never, EVER loads Rewards, there's always an error message saying to refresh the page or try again later, which isn't much use when you're standing in the checkout line in-store! The only page which shows, is the one that has your card barcode; nothing else is accessible. Was offered 1000 points if spending over a certain amount but was unable to activate it. No response from Myer 👎 Do better...
