Not very professional. Shopping function logs off account and opens a default browser window. Shopping Cart is transferred between browser and app unless you can't login with password. Password update fails to execute.

I couldn't have my $20 reward yesterday 25 July, 2024 because the app wasn't aligned on my phone. I don't know why. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and my $20 reward has disappeared. It's frustrating. Not at all user-friendly. I don't know what's going on with your online app, but it's very poor. I can't even give you 1 star even though I had to click on there to write the review. I've been a customer for many years.

What wrong with your app ? The rewards cards are chooped in half and the 4 digit code is missing and only half of bar code! Even the myer one number is same please fix. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing has only happened in last week
