$1 + $1 doesn't =$2 on this app. trying to make a purchase of a few items, items are on sale but it's not trying to charge me the sale price but the full price instead, extremely frustrating as basically I can't buy what I want now because of this ridiculous error, I should only be getting charged $65 but it's trying to charge $169.

it's difficult to navigate. Hard to put in Myer one vouchers. Easy to click and collect. Not always reliable,better to go through Google instead. some of your offers,are advertised on the website,but not in the app. Activating these offers is tricky and there is a lot of numbers to put in. I click and collect, especially when there is an offer or promotion for the Myer one members. I love the Chadstone store, because is my local store. Better on PC. Kind regards, Katie xxx

Battled through the laggy experience to add items to my cart, only to find the payment wouldn't work. "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please refresh to enter your payment details." Tried twice with the same result.

What’s new

We’ve supercharged our in-store Product Scanner! Scan barcodes in store to quickly check live prices, promotions, available sizes, colours, and online stock levels at a glance—plus easily buy online if your size isn't on the shelf. You can also now access our new Help Centre directly from the Account tab. As always, this update includes performance improvements and bug fixes to to make your experience a little smoother.
