Ratings and reviews

It doesn't matter about my preferences, I do not receive any promotional emails, birthday and anniversary vouchers. I have contacted myer one about this and it hasn't changed. They have not fixed the issue. Ever since I upgraded to silver in 2022, have not received birthday and anniversary vouchers. And I never receive promotional emails or other benefits. Myer one aren't interested in fixing the problem

For the most part it's an ok app but it would be even better to have digital receipts for all in-store and online purchases listed in the app. The app does have a few constant faults for example when you click on benefits or the home button - there is always the same error message that pops up - "Something went wrong, please sign out and sign back in to continue."

I could have given a 1 ☆ but I didn't. App is very slow & so chunky when searching I product & I want to search a different product. The App is also slow when instore. I love love shopping at Myers, that's why I given you a 3☆
