The app hasn't worked since it was "revamped" back in August. That's a really long time for it to not be working, especially throughout the black friday, cyber Monday and Christmas period. I have rewards on my account that I want to use, but I'm unable to as the app will not let me log in. I have a new phone with the latest operating system loaded onto it, as you seem to be blaming that in the tiny number of bad reviews that you've actually acknowledged.

The concept is great, but unfortunately the app is unreliable, slow, and clunky. It’s also frustrating that rewards don’t automatically appear at the register (like they do at Woolworths). Instead, you end up standing there holding your phone up, trying to get enough signal to check whether you have any in-store rewards. C'mon Myer... you're better than this!

I LOVE Myer. It's my favourite. But this newer app is so clunky & frustrating. When in store it is slow to respond and open. And since I got Myer One Gold status, the whole app is failing. I called customer service which helped initially, but its playing up again. Keeps saying it can't load my data. Initially my rewards werent showing, now it just won't load at alI. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times now, and it wont fix the problem. The old app worked fine. Hope you can fix it soon!
