I have used this app for many years and loved it. Unfortunately it has recently been "upgraded " and it is now pointless. it is hard to navigate, freezes and hard to shop from. I used to check my points a few times a week, now I can never check them because I can't as the page never loads. It has significantly impacted my shopping experiences and has resulted in far less shopping at Myer

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Very slow to load. Never, EVER loads Rewards, there's always an error message saying to refresh the page or try again later, which isn't much use when you're standing in the checkout line in-store! The only page which shows, is the one that has your card barcode; nothing else is accessible. Was offered 1000 points if spending over a certain amount but was unable to activate it. No response from Myer 👎 Do better...

The app is terrible since it was revamped. It takes too long to load and most times can't load even when in Myer store. I can't see my points or purchase activity. It won't show rewards, so you redeem them. It is interesting that the only feature to actually work is the shopping, but why would I trust that if everything else on the app doesn't work. It's basically useless now. It used to be great. Also I see that Myer is not responding to any reviews since September.
