I absolutely love ELO. I hate the app. It Lags, crashes, moreover I don't whose genius came up with the idea to remove the categories, I mean I want men's tops and in that I want jackets, instead I have to go through all of the catalogue and when I select high to low in all of the men's section, and scroll down the app crashes. might be same if I do it without sorting. please fix this. I am using your website nowadays because of this

Despite a long-awaited update by Elo, the app still performs poorly. Every time the back button on the mobile is tapped, the app minimizes instead of navigating to the previous screen. When the app is reopened from the background, it restarts rather than resuming the page or product being viewed. Furthermore, items in the cart frequently disappear on their own, and in most cases the checkout process fails to proceed regardless of multiple attempts.

Installed on 13 December 25, placed a demand through it but it never proceeded ahead when clicked on "checkout". Please revisit your application. Now I placed order through regular website of ELO which worked. Edited:- A screenshot would not be useful in this case. The issue has already occurred, and I did not retry the purchase through the app. Moreover, no error or notification appeared. When I clicked “Checkout,” nothing happened and the process did not proceed. So screenshot is waste
