Please fix the issue... App doesn't allow to register.... Showing an error. "no interest connection", which is totally false statement

Can't even sign up when you can't see the submit button on the sign up page. Choosing your birthday is a pain the ass since they didn't use the standard Android date picker, you'll have to swipe through all the months going backwards to your year of birth! What stupidity is this?

So hard to register. It says car is already exist. Also the app is outdated. No other choice but to call your dealer for any service for your car. Sad, this would really affect mg's aftersales part.
