I really hate this app to my very bones. Why can't you just be simple like Alfamart or Superindo or whatnot? Just use phone number at the cashier to simplify things. Why do you force us to open the app to scan the code, and whenever I tried to use it, the app already logged me out of it and I need to relog-in then ask for OTP. Are you a virgo or something? Ergggh,

Since the latest update, the app keeps loading indefinitely and sometimes crashes. It consistently displays an error message that says, "Please try again later." I was simply trying to use my stamps when the app failed. For this entire week, the app has been practically unusable, especially when using mobile data.

Something wrong with the app. it can't load and always crashes. Have been using this app since 2023 and this is the first time I have a problem that can't be resolved.
