The Txeka-Lá app (which means witness, look there) aims to be a space to report against disrespect for Human Rights, giving Voice to the Citizen and contributing to increasing civic engagement in Mozambique. Through this application, the citizen becomes a citizen journalist/observer, thus contributing to respect for the Rule of Law and Democracy in Mozambique.
