How does Tap a Meal Work?
• Pick an item from a restaurant, and place an order
• The restaurant accepts the order
• You track the progress via the app
• For a collection order you pick the order once it is ready for pick up
• For a delivery order, a Tap a Meal driver will collect the order and deliver to you anywhere in Windhoek (Namibia)

Delivery
Tap a Meal drivers deliver food straight to your doorstep. You will be able to track the order progress as it moves through the different stages.

Feedback
Give feedback for each order you place to make sure that the restaurant knows what you think.

How far do we deliver?
Anywhere in Windhoek.

Payments
We use electronic payments. Simply add your bank card and place your order.

I used to enjoy Tap a Meal, but now it’s completely unreliable. They stopped delivering to my area after 6 PM which makes the app pointless for anyone who works late or wants dinner delivered. No clear communication, no flexibility and very disappointing service. Definitely not customer-focused!

First of all, they stopped servicing my area, and once you have placed an order, let's say by mistake there is no cancel button to cancel your order, and you are stuck with it.

So it started out as a great app, and a great way to dine in, I left for tap-a-meal after a let down with another service and enjoyed it in the beginning. That has changed since they no longer really offer services to certain neighbourhoods, the ones not considered up town and up market, after 5 or 6pm. This time also changes on whim, it was once after 7pm. If you live in less affluent areas use the buddy app, otherwise just do pick ups. It's cheaper that way anyway.
