So it started out as a great app, and a great way to dine in, I left for tap-a-meal after a let down with another service and enjoyed it in the beginning. That has changed since they no longer really offer services to certain neighbourhoods, the ones not considered up town and up market, after 5 or 6pm. This time also changes on whim, it was once after 7pm. If you live in less affluent areas use the buddy app, otherwise just do pick ups. It's cheaper that way anyway.

Tap a meal used to be my ideal, go-to app for convenient food delivery, however, this team has completely lost my support and that of those whom I'll actively advise against using this app moving forward. Utterly useless changes were made to this app, making it a shadow of what it once was and I'd strongly advise this team re-evaluates what made their service so valuable to begin with, because hint-hint, limiting the convenience your consumers pay for is shooting in the opposite direction.

This is why I doubted myself using a deliver service in namibia. I gave it a shot and yes I was disappointed. I waited for the recommended time period for delivery and I found it fair. Time came and went and I decided to call them to find out what was going on and they told me there was a delay cause their prices and the restaurant prices had a 2 rand difference. I mean why should such a small issue take 2 hours? I'll drive myself next time. I tried to support a local business. Food was cold too
