Terrible experience. First, the app did not work on my Galaxy phone (it gets stuck and keeps spinning when you start it), so had to download it on a tablet. Now, it has been 3 hours that I've been trying to get verified. It keeps failing to verify with 3 different IDs and there's no single reply from the support or to tell me why is it failing to verify me.

Yeah, it sucks. You should test your app on more devices. It wants to take photos, of QR codes, and IDs, but it doesn't know how to focus the camera -> all photos are in potato-vision -> nothing works. Could you be more useless? I'd be better off faxing in photos of my ID.

utter garbage, can't scan at night, can't scan with glare, makes you do everything multiple times, can't read qrcoded ids, forces you to install unwanted apps, uploads vastly more photo area than the scan showed, can't zoom to scan, tricks you with a submit button at the end which forces more unwanted app installs, and required a driver licence or passport after specifically saying at the start it did not require a driver's licence or passport, permanently stores your ID without consent...
