Terrible experience. First, the app did not work on my Galaxy phone (it gets stuck and keeps spinning when you start it), so had to download it on a tablet. Now, it has been 3 hours that I've been trying to get verified. It keeps failing to verify with 3 different IDs and there's no single reply from the support or to tell me why is it failing to verify me.

Would not scan ID with first phone tried. Second phone scanned ID but no phone verification code received and cannot resend. A terrible, frustrating user experience.

its not working. saying invalid link. company will provide valid link only right. it will make our work delay. such a nasty app. can't say to manager its not working
