About this app

Poi Nav is an application for reading a Tomtom file (.ov2) or a CSV file. The application works completely offline, the data is imported by the user, and is stored in the application.

Once the search for a POI has been carried out, the POI is selected, the "information" page opens, I navigate with my favorite GPS.

From the list of categories, a long press displays the configuration menu

The search can be a little slow depending on the performance of the smartphone, and the number of POIs in the category.
Possibility to choose the number of results to display.

~~~~ CSV file mode options ~~~~

It is important that the file is 5 columns, and is saved as CSV with semicolon separator (;)
- an ID
- a name / description
- GPS coordinate (longitude)
- GPS coordinate (latitude)
- a comment (optional)

The first line of the file is not read by the application.

The search function is effective on the first two columns (ID, name / description).
It is important to put a dot (.) In the GPS coordinates (45.123485).

The only limit to the number of lines in the CSV file is the performance of your hardware.
