About this app

Our procedural instructions for the Thuringian rescue service are intended to help with the practical implementation of the Emergency Paramedic Act in Thuringia in order to enable a nationwide uniform implementation of the individual measures and supply strategies. With our free app, as the medical bodies involved in the Thuringian emergency doctor and rescue service, we would like to provide a framework for action to the Thuringian rescue service schools, the medical directors of the rescue service, but in particular to the emergency paramedics who are active in the Free State of Thuringia or are already there. At the same time, this is to be seen as a recommendation for action for emergency doctors, while the medical colleagues are at liberty to take further measures in diagnosis and therapy. The instructions are - following the legal requirements - in different colors according to the respective competencies, i.e. emergency competencies or measures according to delegation (see also NotSanG §4 Abs. 2 Pkt. 1c and 2a-c), which are basically regulated in our control algorithm.
The VFA 2021/22 have once again experienced some changes in structure, content and also the general descriptions. Following our basic system, some VFA have been redesigned or no longer exist, or have been incorporated into other instructions. So we refer to the basic algorithm including the necessary emergency doctor's request for all specialist instructions! For the sake of clarity of the individual VFA, we have completely dispensed with fundamental explanations; we see this knowledge and knowledge as an immanent requirement for working as an emergency paramedic in the rescue service.
