HOW TO CREATE YOUR NATIONAL DIGITAL IDENTITY?

• Step 1: Create your eFaas at efaas.gov.mv
• Step 2: Install the eFaas app and login with your eFaas credentials
• Step 3: Verify it’s you with face verification and setup your personal 6-digit PIN code
• Step 4: Your National Digital Identity is now ready! QR Code scan and One-Tap Login is now enabled and protected with your fingerprint, face or 6-digit PIN code.

SOLUTIONS TO COMMON ISSUES:

• During face verification if you are getting error “"Sorry, we couldn't verify your identity." please make sure you are in a well-lit area and your face is fully angled to the camera. If issue persist, please call NCIT Helpdesk 1551.

• “Login request expired” error – Please ensure your device date and time is current.

you have to log in to this app over and over again from the beginning, for a nation wide application this application is really disappointing and for a country that has a population under a million isn't this slow server you guys are using slow as hell? what's with that? the application sucks but we're forced to use this, truly disappointing

Rushed app, so many bugs. Once saw a random person's photo on one of my cards, my license is shown as probationary even though it's not, the qr code login feature has never worked, the app login expired "after 90 days of inactivity" even though it was less than a week, opening a card immediately crashes the app, the app lock kicks in late, protects nothing and is in fact annoying, the app itself is very user-unfriendly, it's very difficult for non tech savvy people to set it up, list goes on..

This app is beyond frustrating. No matter how many times I install and reinstall, I can’t get past the approval point. Even after granting full access, it just restarts and throws me back to the beginning. Instead of being convenient, it’s turned into a huge inconvenience and a waste of time. I really hope the you guys fix this issue soon because right now it’s unusable.
