Samadhaan - CG Police mobile application is a social initiative by CG Police Department for citizens. This app contains various services which are directly helpful to citizen as per their requirement. Citizen can view the required data as well raise request like complaint, etc. directly to CG police department without personally visit to any police station or other offices under CG Police Department.

Samadhaan - CG Police App Services:

1. View FIR:- ‘View FIR’ service allows citizen to view FIRs registered in police stations.

2. View Case Status:- 'View Case Status' allows citizen to view FIR Status according to selected District, Police Station, FIR Number and Registration Year.

3. Arrested Person’s Details:-‘Arrested Person’s Details’ service allows citizen to search and view arrested persons’ details like name of arrested person, sections of Acts, name and rank of police officer, date and time of arrest.

4. Online Complaint:-‘Online Complaint’ service allows citizen to register complaint with police station or higher office.

5. Police Telephone Directory:-‘Police Telephone Directory’ service allows citizen to view details of police stations and higher offices of district like phone number and email id.

6. Find Nearest Police Station:-‘Find Nearest Police Station’ service allows citizen to view the nearest police station details from his/ her current location.

7. Stolen/Lost v. Seized Vehicle:-‘Stolen/Lost v. Seized Vehicle’ service allows citizen to search and match stolen and lost vehicle against seized vehicles.

8. Stolen/Lost v. Seized Mobile:-‘Stolen/Lost v. Seized Mobile’ service allows citizen to search and match stolen/ lost mobile against seized mobiles.

9. Missing Persons Search:- ‘Missing Persons Search’ service allows citizen to view all missing persons registered in police stations and their status (whether found or not).

10. Unidentified Dead Body:-‘Unidentified Dead Body’ service allows citizen to view all unidentified dead-bodies registered in police stations.

11. Missing Person v. Unidentified Dead Body (UIDB):- ‘Missing Person v. Unidentified Dead Body (UIDB)’ service allows citizen to search and match (not found) missing person with unidentified dead-bodies (UIDBs)

12. Helpline Numbers:-‘Helpline Numbers’ service allows citizen to view and dial important helpline numbers like 112, 100, 101, 102, 108, 1099 (Muktanjali help line), 1091 (woman help line), 139 (railway help line), 1098 (child help).

13. Citizen Tips for PS/HO:-‘Citizen Tips for PS/HO’ service allows citizen to give feedback/tip/clue related to any situation, complaint, FIR etc. to any police station or higher office.

14. Feedback :- 'Feedback' Service allows citizen to give any feedback related to this application.

If you do complain in online complaint, if you file complaint with your nearest police station or higher office then appropriate action will be taken.

Ratings and reviews

So to report an incident you need to create citizen login, find out your area's police station, and several other fields, and it's possible to forget key aspects of the incidents while you're doing all that. It's a great initiative, but poor execution. Sharing a video or picture in twitter is a lot easier.

Citizen Login is not working. How we can rely on this App as it is non-functional. Whenever try to login, it's says Server Error. Please fix this.
