For HR teams and managers:
NepalHRM mobile is part of the broader NepalHRM product. HR teams use the NepalHRM web dashboard to generate payroll, run statutory deductions (CIT, EPF, SSF), manage leave policies, and view reports. The mobile app delivers the field-staff and employee experience that syncs with that web dashboard.
Background location:
NepalHRM uses your location to log work-site visits and travel between client locations during your work hours. With your permission, location is also recorded in the background so the visit history is complete even when your phone is locked. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in your phone's settings.
