A single platform that simplifies citizen-government relations by offering them a collabo-rative space that promotes mutual trust with full traceability of transactions. It allows a remote access to any government service.

Any administration wishing to offer its adminis-trative services can affiliate to Wraqi plateform. Each administration has access to manage its users, to consult reports and statistics, as well as to configure its necessary settings.

Citizens can benefit from administrative services either remotely or on site. Their transactions are secured by biometric or 3D secure authentica-tions.

Agents at administrations on the other hand have access to all the requests. They can process requests and sign them electronically using class A3 certificate issued by the country’s CA.

Documents provided by Wraqi plateform are in-stantly verified using the QR code, and by a unique reference.

Hello, impossible to register with Canadian / US phone numbers. There is an issue with the number of digits. should be 10 in lieu of 9 allowed by the app. tx

Why are these difficulties in opening an account? You linked opening an account to the My Digital Identity application, which is a failed application. What if the NFC feature is not present in the phone? Damn this country and its administration. They are failures in everything.

Ok, the concept is fabulous and much much needed but the app literally doesn't work beyond loging in.
