Stupid app. I've been trying to pay my water bill here for three days now and it just says there's a connectivity issue with the biller. A biller that can only be paid electronically with this app. I wouldn't even use this dumb app if there was another way to pay it with an e-wallet. Cash in fee also very high. Wasted money because now, since it's my due date, I have to go to a physical location anyway.

As of now, this one is such a useless app. All you can do is spend your money to a very limited number of merchants. Also, you can only send your money to another person who's using the same app. You can't even send money to your bank account either. And a Php 150 charge for cashing out thru their partners is too much. Hope it can live up with it's name "AllEasy" because everything is too hard using the app.

App was not updated for almost 2 years! Cash in via instapay does not work. Before, you choose allbank for bank and your mobile number for account number and it works. Now, it gives error target does not exist! BPI, Gcash, etc cash in do not work. It asked me to ekyc again after I had done that years ago and it is still pending! Email support isnt helpful at all. Their mobile numbers do not reply to sms anymore. It seems all Villar ventures have been abandoned.
