The web page has stopped working since the new year when it worked for years with no problem, I've tried the app again (it rarely worked before) to make the payment, and it doesn't work either. I keep getting a 'transaction not successful' notice. I've been in contact and had one reply asking for a screenshot of the error notice, then nothing after I sent it. Unfortunately it's the only method to pay this particular bill.

App installed today, fails on 2 step verification booting you out in a constant loop of verification methods. I'm actually unable to pay my rent unless I use the web version on mobile as that is cached and logged in. PC webpage version is also buggy at the point of bank verification due to timeouts. Multiple browsers, multiple incognito windows, multiple devices all return the same sporadic returns. I'll uninstall the app for now and try again in a few months when it's operational

The final element confirming the transaction and sending the verification request is missing, I can only cancel the transaction, which means the application only works partially or rather it is faulty ½/½ because it works sometimes
