What happened? Ive had this app for over 4 years, changed phones 3 times since then and never had a problem with using the app. I'm 3 months in to my 4th phone and never had a problem until today. I can't log in as it tells me the username/password is incorrect. I can't reset password, it's saying I am 'not authorised to perform this action' and when I try to create a new account using the same email, it says 'account not found', even when trying a different email address. Please fix this! It's a brilliant app otherwise
Transaction history and interface I downloaded this app as my local store continued to pay my bills incorrectly. I assumed there would be transaction history to be able to prove what you've paid. I'm both gobsmacked and outraged there isn't. Almost lost for words at how poor this is. Honest working people paying thier bills and we don't even get a receipt?!
Not working 😠 Never had a problem with this app.but now it is not working! An alert box appears even before entering password saying incorrect details then when try to reset password etc it says I'm not authorised to do this...what is going on ? Not happy!!!
Not working properly Usually use this every month but cannot delete or add any cards and has been going on all week. Will have to use something else to pay my bills. Such a shame
Easy Great to pay my bills so easy. For people who get 509 error, it is because you do not put security card 3 digit code in the security section at main payment screen. You must do the same I was doing, using the security code you used to register for allpay.
Hate it Pointless. Won't let me make a payment, when I enter debit card details it tells me app does not accept debit card please enter credit card details, when I do this it tells me app does not accept credit cards please use debit card. Can you please fix it and let me know which kind of cards it takes😠
