It used to work, and now it hasn't for months, impossible to pay rent via this app, also the web site does the same thing this month, so much security that it has become unusable?, always asks for the card user approval....but nothing happens untill an error message. I think all the one star reviews say it all....not fit for purpose 01/05/24 Edit It now would seem the app is working as it should and how it used to, have paid my partner's rent for two months on the trot without issues.

The last 3 months when I have tried to pay my rent it comes up saying the app can't verify my card details and to check with my bank to see if payment has been made. I have used the app for the last 7 years. Today I tried to pay my rent and approved the payment via the bank but it still didn't work. Is this app past its sell by date. I have asked my housing provider to set up a direct debit
