AlphaTouch enables you to see live video of who is calling you before you answer the call. When a visitor to your building calls you from the AlphaTouch hardware in your lobby you will get a notification on your phone. You then have the option to answer or ignore the call. You can also easily unlock the door from the app to let your visitor in the building.

This is the only app that the building manager has that let's me get into MY place of business 24/7, but the app doesn't even load. It just times out and stops working. I have restarted my phone, installed and uninstalled the app many times, tried to install it on multiple devices, and have been doing so for days! Update did correct the issue thankfully, but, wow! That should have never happened. This is controlling locks on doors and should be dependable.

This app is unreliable, and it's currently not working for me the app keeps crashing and won't even open for me to login after I restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I am able to login on the website but that defeats the purpose of allowing access to the building for visitors and deliveries. Fortunately my building has the old intercom system as a backup when this one is unreachable. App is malfunctioning yet again after it was fixed.

Most times this app doesn't work and now I am unable to Login on the app but can login on the site. I have restarted my phone 3 times, uninstalled the Alpha Touch app and reinstalled 10 times, changed my password 4 times, nothing works. The app continues a loop back to the login page. So I am not able to use the app to let visitors or deliveries into my building. I have called the dealer CBS for help 3 seperate times and they have no answers for me other than options I have already tried.
