Ratings and reviews

I like the app, but I wish it would work properly. Half the time it gets hung up on the opening Dotcare screen. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or network. Constant issues. Also, English is available to set an appointment. My problem is English is not available to get a number because I can't read the doctors' names, as they are all in Arabic. I have no way to get a number through the app.

Buggy app. Sometimes works, others it doesn't. And sometimes it's too slow, and crashes a lot.

The app was really good and very useful, but all of a sudden it logged me out and wouldn't accept the password. When I click on forgot password, I don't receive any emails to rest. Customer support said that the issue should be resolved, but it's been weeks and I'm still facing the same issue. Such a shame, I really liked the app, but it's pretty much useless without logging into my account.
