About this app

APRide is a carpool ride-match board for Asia Pacific University in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Post the trip you are already making, or find someone already making yours — same campus, same hours, people you can actually verify.

BUILT FOR ONE CAMPUS
Everyone on the board is a verified APU student or staff member. That is the whole point: a small, closed board where the person you match with is someone you could run into on the walkway to New Campus.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Post a ride you are driving, with your route, time and how many seats are free
• Browse rides that match your own commute and reach out to the driver
• Say what you need — morning lectures, late labs, a run to LRT Bukit Jalil, a weekend trip home
• Keep a list of the rides you have posted and joined

MADE FOR THE COMMUTE, NOT FOR A TAXI COMPANY
APRide is a matching board, nothing more. It never handles fares, never takes a cut, and never processes ride payments. Whatever you and your driver agree to share for petrol and tolls stays between the two of you, off the platform.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS
No surge pricing, no driver ratings theatre, no tracking you around the city. You post a trip, someone answers, you sort out the rest like adults.

What’s new

First public release. Post a ride from an APU campus location, see who else is going the same way, and join a seat. Sign in with your APU school email — the email contains a 6-digit code, no links to click. APRide matches people; it does not provide vehicles, drivers, fares or in-app payment.
