ASR — School Operations Management Platform

When a teacher is absent, the entire class is automatically covered and rescheduled, with everyone notified. The ASR app puts the management of your school day at your fingertips: record absences, track substitute classes, manage the daily schedule, and communicate with school administration and parents—all in Arabic with a right-to-left interface.

How it works:
1) Record absences in seconds, from the app or the web.

2) The system selects the most suitable substitute based on availability and fairness.

3) Affected classes are rescheduled without scheduling conflicts.

4) Notifications are sent instantly to everyone concerned.

For teachers:
• My Schedule — View your daily and weekly schedules anytime.

• Record My Absence — Report your absence in seconds, and the system will assign a substitute.

• Substitute Classes — Receive notifications of your assigned classes with immediate alerts.

• Switching Classes — Request to swap classes with a colleague and approve incoming requests.

• Requesting Permission — Submit a request for permission to leave and track its status.

• Supervision and Monitoring — Find out your assigned supervision shift and monitoring schedule.

• Announcements and Chats — Follow school announcements and communicate with the administration.

For Parents

• Report student absences directly from the app.

Privacy and Data Protection
Aser completely isolates each school's data, and access is subject to strict permissions based on role. Student data is entered by the school; no student accounts are created.
