Assetminder, a cloud based fleet management and maintenance system, is derived from the highly successful Fleetminder software suite, which is in use by over 200 transport operators and workshops throughout Ireland and the UK. It was awarded the prestigious Innovation Award at the recent 2017 Fleet Transport awards in Dublin. With both web and mobile deployment, Assetminder leverages the technology available today to give the most adaptive and flexible solution, for fleet maintenance needs.
A fleet maintenance and compliance planning system that automatically schedules inspections and maintenance based on pre-defined parameters, generates, and distributes automatic reminders, and distributes reports for transport planning, detailing vehicles due for their test, service, maintenance, or inspection.
Customisable, legally compliant, electronic inspection software. The app is easy to use, and the user can add photos and text to the inspection and it affords integration with other, third-party workshop systems. For the customer, the benefit if that it provides for greater accuracy and can help in eliminating paperwork, thus reducing administration
Assetminder provide technicians with detailed work instructions created from standard job lists. It is possible to attach images, manuals, and files to job cards. The mobile app will track and record technician time, as well as parts used. For workshops, there are substantial benefits in labour efficiency.
Stock and purchasing management
Assetminder includes a full-featured stock management suite.
This functionality addresses a critical need for all operators, viz. how to manage and control the outsourced maintenance and inspection of the fleet while at the same time, ensuring that the fleet database holds a comprehensive history for each vehicle. Vendor Management allows the operator to assign work to a vendor, obtain a quotation before authorising work, and manage budgets, approvals and sign-off’s as well as allow the maintenance workshop create jobcards and have these managed and processed through the Vendor Management module.

Driver inspection app
Drivers can carry out daily inspections of their vehicle on a mobile device. Completed driver inspection reports are retained on the fleet owner database, with automatic updates to vehicle history.
This module transforms data into information, through user-customised dashboards and giving the user perspectives on the data that provide key insights into business KPIs.
