BIDA Net is the customer app for members of the BIDA Network — the easiest way to
stay on top of your utility account from your phone.

• Follow a live activity feed that merges your bills, payments, and announcements
newest-first, so you never miss an update
• Pay a bill securely in-app and get an instant record of the payment
• Receive push notifications the moment a new bill is issued or an announcement
is posted for your site
• Manage the people on your account (owners and renters) and switch between the
sites you belong to

BIDA Net connects you to your local water/utility provider inside the BIDA
Network. Bills, payments, and announcements come straight from your provider —
no more paper slips or guessing when something is due.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Your session is protected and all data travels over encrypted connections. You
control your account and can request deletion of your data at any time.
