Management Drives improves your self-knowledge and leadership by knowing your drives. You will work more effectively, both by yourself and with others. You will get a better understanding of your own drives. You will improve your cooperation by connecting to others and by knowing and appreciating their drives. Leadership starts with the personal leadership of each individual and knowledge of drives is essential. Good leadership gets the best out of their people and environment.

Whether it comes to personal leadership, team management or influencing the culture of an entire organisation, drives are the key to success or failure. As the six drives are easy to understand and use, you immediately get a better grip on culture and performance. An understanding of drives is essential if you wish to develop yourself and want to have an impact on your team and organisation. Management Drives turns insights, which previously seemed “soft” or related to “feelings”, into something concrete.

After measuring over hundreds of thousands people internationally, we have developed a model that works with six drives; each of which can differ in both sequence and strength. In addition, we also distinguish the positive and negative aspects of these drives. This means that a great number of personal profiles and leadership styles are possible, all based on only six drives. You will find out how drives affect your thought, your perception, your behaviour, your leadership style and the culture of your organisation.

Horrible user experience, back button always closes the app instead of going back, can't change it share teams, doesn't have a corporation logic, so even though my whole company did it, I need to find people by name (and only after they manually register to the app)
