Made by musicians, for musicians.
Turn any song on your device into a focused practice session.
Riff Studio is a music practice player built for musicians who learn by listening, repeating, and playing along. Slow down a difficult passage without changing pitch, transpose a song without changing speed, and loop the exact phrase until it clicks.
Practice on the beat
Riff Studio analyzes each song on your device, beat by beat and bar by bar. Seek controls, A–B loop points, and section boundaries can snap to the beat grid. Enable a full-bar count-in before a loop or section jump, with digital, hi-hat, or sticks sounds.
Build precise loops
Set A and B directly on the waveform and repeat any passage with clean, gapless timing. Pinch to zoom from the full song down to a single bar, then drag or nudge boundaries exactly where the phrase begins and ends.
Map the whole song
Mark and name sections such as Intro, Verse, Chorus, Riff, Solo, and Outro. Jump between sections, edit their boundaries, or loop the section under the playhead with one tap.

Local audio, on-device analysis
Your songs stay on your device. Beat detection runs on-device; your audio is not uploaded. Riff Studio reads synchronized lyrics embedded in supported files and can use a user-connected, LRCLIB-compatible provider when embedded lyrics are unavailable.
Riff Studio works with supported audio files stored on your Android device.
Slow songs, change pitch, loop any section, and practice right on the beat.
