CardioConnect App also enables Providers to view all your data from any internet-connected device, anytime and anywhere. With a click of a button, communicate with your Provider using the built-in chat or video call platforms and schedule appointments, when needed.

I had some difficulty with using the hardware but I kept using it so now I feel that it's a benefit that I can use to monitor my condition twice a day. I ni wouldn't want to stop using this hardware as it can provide some advanced information about my health.

App is not loading. Click on icon, pops up for a split second then goes away. Tried un-installing/re-installing with no success.

This app is a great tool to keep track of vital signs like blood pressure and glucose. It helps understand trends and how to keep my vitals within normal range
