I am extremely disappointed with the Agrani Bank App, as the service quality is very poor and unreliable. Most of the time the server remains busy, which makes it difficult to even log in or access the app when needed. Basic features like checking the account balance do not work properly, and because of these constant issues, it becomes almost impossible to perform any necessary banking activities through the app. Overall, the app is very frustrating to use.

When I go to add bKash as a beneficiary account, it's having the issue "temporarily unavailable" for more than 20 days. Now it's showing a server issue. Already, I sent you an email, but didn't get any prompt steps to fix the problem for the last 20 days. Please give service as user friendly. Otherwise, you will ruin Agrani eWallet's reputation.

One of the worst banking app I have ever used. Recently It has add biometric options without any alternative? If your device is not supporting biometrics, you have to call their Custom centers which is also not responds. This type of apps should not grant pay protection from google. For last one years they are just increasing hazards.
