I am confused, how could it be a smart banking app!!Don't the developers observe international or private bank apps!!?? Also their server is slower than a sloth. I don't think they are aware of cloud hosting yet! For a simple phone changing or factory reset you have to visit nearest branch of the bank, needs to complete some paperworks!! isn't it funny? 😆😆😆 And the app features, I can't find anything worthy without transfering balance to other bank!

You should introduce the fixed deposit option in these apps. You should introduce systems from bKash to Nagad to Edmoney. You should bring all types of bill payment systems starting from rural electricity bills. Your apps do not have more benefits than other banks. The interfaces of the apps should be made in English. It will be easier for people to use. Some problems with the apps are seen sometimes. It takes a long time to load. Sometimes I do not want to log in to the apps. Thank you.

Very bad experience with using this app. Can't use outside of Bangladesh. Before today, only balance check were done from outside the country. But today, not possible to log in. It's repeatedly shows that there is no internet but everything is there. In the era of globalization, this app are not able to keep up. If it cannot provide service, it should be shut down.
