Worst banking app ever. The server is busy or slow most of the time and I can't use any service. Can't even check my balance. You guys launched an app just to be like other banks, but you don't even bother to fix your server problems even after multiple complaints from the customers. If there was an option to give zero star I'd give that in the rating. I'm using Agrani only as my salary account. For this server issue I transfer all my money to other bank to get easy online access to my money.

I am confused, how could it be a smart banking app!!Don't the developers observe international or private bank apps!!?? Also their server is slower than a sloth. I don't think they are aware of cloud hosting yet! For a simple phone changing or factory reset you have to visit nearest branch of the bank, needs to complete some paperworks!! isn't it funny? 😆😆😆 And the app features, I can't find anything worthy without transfering balance to other bank!

You should introduce the fixed deposit option in these apps. You should introduce systems from bKash to Nagad to Edmoney. You should bring all types of bill payment systems starting from rural electricity bills. Your apps do not have more benefits than other banks. The interfaces of the apps should be made in English. It will be easier for people to use. Some problems with the apps are seen sometimes. It takes a long time to load. Sometimes I do not want to log in to the apps. Thank you.
