Score 🔢 Break Log 📝 turns every cut at your bench into a data point. Pick a shape class, set the curve severity, and mark the outcome as clean 🧼, chipped, ran off, or shattered. Each attempt keeps a snapshot of the tool 🛠️ setup you used at the time, so editing a setup later never rewrites an old attempt's record.

Track sessions ⏱️ against a named sheet of glass — cathedral, opal, streaky opal, wispy, textured, or mirror — and against a cutter setup: wheel material, oiled or dry, and how you break the score 🔢. Wheel age accumulates automatically as you log 📝 attempts, and a tool 🛠️-change event marks the moment you swap the wheel out.

The Insights screen crosses glass family against shape class in a heat grid, surfacing which pairings recut most often once enough attempts back up the number 🔢, a threshold you control, so a single bad run never looks like a trend 📈. The Tooling screen plots clean 🧼-break rate against wheel age, so a wheel nearing the end of its life shows up as a falling curve instead of a guess.

Every session ⏱️ and attempt stays in a full history ⏳ with recut and clean 🧼 rates. You can attach a photo 📸 of a broken piece from the camera or your photo library; the image is copied into the app and stays on your device. A shipped reference library of shape classes, straight, gentle curve, inside curve, tight inside curve, point, narrow, circle, notch, ships with technique notes, and you can add your own custom classes alongside it.
