Great app! The Chronotek team always responds and are hepful to assist with any issues or questions. We've used this for several years and the employees find it easy to use and navigate. Where this app really shines is the reporting side. Job reports are extremely easy to find and filter. The desktop version is user friendly and changing log errors is quick and simple. It's clean and organized to look at as well. I recommend this app. Looking forward to the new features down the road.

I have an android. I have downloaded the app (installed, uninstalled and reinstalled) and it will not let me access anything. My supervisor told me to log in with my email address and then hit forgot password. Then I'm supposed to get a link to reset password. Well this has never worked. I even went thru Google to access the web page and it never worked. I cleared cache, cookies, and history to see if that would help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

For the last two weeks the app crashes every time I open it and I have to ask my boss to clock me in and out from his end. I've never had problems with Chronotek before after almost 2 years of use, so idk what the problem is. My phone is up to date and so is the app, so I am at a loss. It's getting annoying
