• View employee schedules and add one-time cleaning work from the app.
• Set up recurring schedules using the CleanGuru desktop version.
• Create work tickets in the app for carpet cleaning, tile work, window cleaning, and other special services.
• Let employees check in and out from the app.
• Review alerts for late, off-site, or denied-GPS activity.

MOBILE CLEANING CHECKLISTS

Give cleaners clear instructions for every building.

• Set up task checklists in the CleanGuru desktop version for cleaners to complete in the mobile app.
• Let cleaners mark tasks complete as they work.
• Review checklists from the previous night or another selected period.
• See which checklists were completed and where follow-up may be needed.

QUALITY-CONTROL INSPECTIONS

Complete and review quality-control inspections from your mobile device.

• Create a new inspection from a template or open one that has already been created.
• Rate each area using the preset rating scale for that inspection.
• Continue inspecting without Wi-Fi and sync the results when you are back online.
• When a completed inspection includes deficient items, CleanGuru automatically creates a work ticket listing each deficient item for follow-up.

Ratings and reviews

Outrageously expensive, they just raised the price to $39 a month on a single module plan. It's helpful in some ways but I happen to notice that they removed some useful needed tools on calculating hours of service per trip feature and the task hours summary. Now i have to figure out those hours on my own and they're charging me more anyways. Seems unfair after constantly using the program then they eliminate some of the most important tools I was using.

I have used this app for many years. It gives really accurate bid estimates. I love the ability to give a quick estimate over the phone or at the initial walk-through based solely on square feet and type of building. The inspection tool is outstanding and easy to use. It keeps all my employees on target and catches training issues before the customer does.

I think this app is the worst only because there is no way you can change your business name. They want me to start paying for the services to use for a business i no longer have which means i can't even use this app. I am trying to establish a business in another state with a different name and i cannot give anyone this bid with an old the name attached to it.
