While the concept is good, implementation is nightmarishly poor. It crashes often, it claims a successful connection after the network drops you, and it requires you to resubmit the whole process rather than just the access request. There's no direct control of the app, you just have to hope it succeeds. Poor functionality renders this otherwise good idea into a mess so bad that, to date, it's the only app to actively infuriate me.

my university requires this to connect to wifi. Unintuitive, slow, and frustrating process to set up wi-fi (and had to re-start from 2FA log-in upon any errrors). Needed internet (i.e. Used data) not only to download this app, but also to re-connect to the wi-fi every time (and wi-fi stopped connecting when I tried uninstalling app after setting up wi-fi successfully). Even once successfully connected to wi-fi, app gave an error message about failing to connect.

This is a horrible program implemented on my school wifi. The app requires you to download a separate package each time I come to school, takes forever to connect to a completely different network then the one used to download the package and doesn't work half the time. The system feels old and vulnerable when using and even Google chrome recognizes it so. Only certain webpages will lead to the package download and there's no sign in for the wifi. Please fix or don't use
