CryptoCharts Widget puts live Bitcoin and crypto price charts directly on your Android home screen — no account, no API key, no subscription.

Pick from hundreds of trading pairs. Your widget refreshes automatically and always shows the real current price.

TWO WIDGET STYLES
Extended Widget - A full chart fills the widget. Price, 1H / 24H / 7D variation, and your choice of candle or line chart, all at a glance.

Compact Widget - A slim price ticker with a mini chart. Fits anywhere on a crowded home screen.

Run multiple widgets simultaneously, one for BTC/USD, another for ETH/EUR, as many as you like.

LIVE DATA, NO LIMITS
Data is sourced from a public exchange API no account required, no daily quota, no paid tier. Hundreds of pairs across BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA and many more.

Auto-refresh every 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes, or hourly. Set it once and forget it.


IN-APP WIDGET MANAGER
Open the app to see all your installed widgets in one list, with live chart previews. Tap any row to edit that widget's settings. Add your first widget from the home screen long-press menu, or tap + inside the app.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
- Dark mode and adjustable background opacity
- Label size: small, medium, large
- 12H or 24H time format
- Tap the gear icon on any widget to reconfigure without opening the app

CHARTS AND INDICATORS
Choose candle or line chart style. Add technical indicators for deeper analysis:
- MACD (configurable periods and colors)
- Moving Average
- Bollinger Bands (configurable period)
- Volume bars

Candle periods from 1 minute to 1 week. Zoom from 1 hour up to 1 year of history.

Ratings and reviews

It's nice to have some charts on my homescreen, but they don't seem to ever update. I have it set to 1 hour candlesticks with 15 minute updates, and regularly find that it hasn't updated for hours. Simply tapping the widget updates it, but I want it to always be accurate. I want it to be there so I have a chance to passively notice opportunities while I'm doing something else. The concept doesn't work unless it's constantly updating in the background whenever the screen is lit.

Such a good app that unfortunately doesn't work. When it works it's fantastic but more often that not you get the dreaded "network error". At first I thought it was a wifi issue but it started happening on 5g as well. This needs to be a $10 app and the money should go into a better server. AWS or someone. I hope it gets fixed someday because I really like it but it was unusable.

Update 7-11-22: I use this widget on my phone for tracking 2 coins, worked reliably UNTIL about 4 weeks ago. Now, they hardly ever update - stay blank - with continual "Network Error" message- using the gear on the upper right doesnt help. 3-2-22GREAT WIDGET! Does what it says. Monitors a cryptocurrency price. Very useful when buying or selling. Wish it had an audible alert when the price crossed a certain line down or up! I keep 2 widgets on my phone screen to track two different cryptos.
