Intendant helps you catalog and instantly find physical items — tools in the garage, cables in a drawer, decorations in the attic — using whatever storage hierarchy makes sense to you (room → cabinet → shelf → box).
Add items in seconds:
• Speak the name and location — voice input transcribes it for you
• Scan a QR code you've printed and stuck on a box or shelf
• Tap an NFC tag you've written for a location or item
• Type it the normal way
Find things fast:
• Semantic search understands what you mean, not just exact keywords — search "phone charger" and find "USB-C cable"
• Browse your storage tree, room by room
• Jump straight to an item from a QR code or by holding your phone to an NFC tag
Labels without the hassle:
Print QR labels for boxes and shelves straight from the app — including supported Bluetooth label printers with no manufacturer drivers to install. Prefer the system print sheet? That works too.
Share what you organize:
Invite someone to a location (a shelf, a shed, a whole room) and they'll see exactly what's stored there — handy for shared households, garages, or storage units. You control who has access and can revoke it anytime.
On-device AI, your choice:
Speech-to-text, semantic search, and smart location suggestions run as optional on-device AI models — nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to enable it. Prefer not to download AI models? Intendant works great with plain text search and manual entry too.
