I have never rated an app before but feel compelled to do so after this experience. Drivers have no understanding of how the app works, showed the app and essentially had to wait till the driver got frustrated enough to just wave us by. The app has poor user interface for dates and ages. The app forces you to turn off airplane mode even though you're using wifi. Major issue for us was sharing a ticket. It shared fine but was immediately expired. Issue was because of not synchronized time zone.

No longer functions! For years, I have used this app, experiencing only minor glitches, which were irregular and tolerable, for the option to pay by phone app instead of using a credit card. Now, attempting to use or purchase tickets is not possible, one just gets a blank screen. I've awaited for updates for months before I took to writing this review. Instead, we have a number of tickets soon to expire and no solution in sight. Clearly, the developers have given up!

Hands down the worst app in history. Utter garbage. Thousands of one star reviews, many down to the app crashing and they've done nothing about it?! If you do use this thing, ensure you have CHANGE! The amount of buses I've missed because of the app crashing or just not loading up is ridiculous. It's handy WHEN it works. Which is once in a blue moon. I've had to reinstall it about 5 times in the space of a month.
