Used to be a great app, just activate the ticket and show it to the driver. Now its just going to a blank white screen. Its costing me £8.30 to get to work and back instead of £5.50 a day which is a hell of a change as I now pay with contactless. No option of getting a friend with an iPhone to buy my tickets and send them to me either as you're not allowed to send discounted bundles. The drivers are great, but the app is useless.

Hangs a lot and have not been able to buy a ticket for the last 2 weeks. No help or method to log a problem. I would look elsewhere, but I have noticed you can pay for tickets under the old minimum £4 spend, so no need for this garbage anymore

That you do not provide a single basket, one port of call for all payments across ticket type is shark practice, forcing people to buy at least two tickets depending on type, with minimum £4.00 spend in each category, which means unnecessary expense to your customers is not a great idea. I understand there are five providers Lothian Buses, Trams and East Cost Buses etc, but tickets are identifiable as to where allocation of money spent. It's not rocket science, its profiteering, get it sorted.
