Used to be a great app, just activate the ticket and show it to the driver. Now its just going to a blank white screen. Its costing me £8.30 to get to work and back instead of £5.50 a day which is a hell of a change as I now pay with contactless. No option of getting a friend with an iPhone to buy my tickets and send them to me either as you're not allowed to send discounted bundles. The drivers are great, but the app is useless.

Extremely poor app and has been ever since I started using it a couple of years ago. Astonished it has not improved in that time. I have to uninstall and reinstall pretty much every time I use it, which fortunately is only every couple of months!

Using this app for almost two years, it works great most of the time, some updates bring crashing issue, but it's fixable. For crashing problem, go to app info - storage and cache, clear storage. It will fix the app for you, but you will have to log to your account again, so make sure you remember your details. For white screen / being unable to purchase ticket with credit or debit card, add the card to Google pay and pay with Google pay, worked for me.
