This app is a scam. With 2+ years left on some contracts, the app earlier this month wouldn't let me log in. I reached out to tech support and they said it was a known issue they were working on. Now nearly 3 weeks later, the issue still hadn't been resolved. Now when I try to log in, I get an error message saying my account has been closed. Excuse me? What do you mean closed? Support hasn't been responsive. Complete scam! I paid for a good number of mining contracts and now they're all gone!

It was a good app for awhile until about mid July when they had a major problem with an update several users lost access including myself. I have put in several tickets, plus a ticket through the discord site. I am pushing a month without being able to access my account. There is very little communication other than the occasional we are working on it. Sounds like they need to replace their IT team with this big of a fumble.

I've been using this app for around 6 months now. it has been fantastic besides every few days having to turn the miner back on. about three week ago when signing in I received an error stating I wasn't able to log in. after contacting support they advised me that it was an ongoing issue and it would be resolved and I would be credited for the missing days. I have since tried to contact them several times about the issue and now my account has been suspended with any reason and still no response
